"I will never book a room here again.. I booked a room for a Wednesday so when we made it to Round Rock from Mississippi after getting off work at 5:30 pm we could get our room key and crash. "This is the 1st time I've ever left a negative review for ANY establishment that I've booked thru Expedia.
I paid extra for a room (#502) with a "jetted tub/hotub". Used the tub the 1st night (Fri) and after getting out of it, I Was Not Able To Get It To Shutoff!! I tried everything, even called the front desk to report. They took the message and said they'd shut it off at some other electrical panel. It took over 4 hrs for that to be accomplished. Meaning I let them know about it around...

One of the perks of this hotel was their big open rarely packed lot…Also, they wouldn’t reimburse me for a night when I checked out a full 24 hrs early due to a family emergency back home (because I purchased thru Expedia 😩😡) I feel like something could still have been done."

"We had a great stay with family in late July. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable, with a good buffet breakfast that included a waffle-making station, which was a nice touch. The pool was also a great amenity for the family. The location was convenient and close to Kalahari, which we visited during our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a good choice for a family trip."
