"If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Salem then look no further. I have travelled the world and stayed in many hotels ranging from 3 star up to the best hotels in Dubai. We had recently stayed at the Hilton in Boston which is supposed to be a 4 star and the service and hotel was horrific. When we arrived at Salem Waterfront we were so pleased with the level of service the quality of decor, the spacious well decorated modern rooms and the facilities. "Lovely hotel. Very attentive and kind staff. Everything clean. Highly recommend!"

"We loved the themed rooms and the ease of check-in/out. The game room was really nice. I just had a few issues: we checked out early and there is no onsite employees from 9pm-9am so I could not get ice since it was located in the office/game room or check out (I ended up calling the hotel to check out from the road at 9am). Overall a nice place to stay with all of the necessities in a fun and cool themed pirate room!"

"We had a very pleasant experience regarding our stay. Loved the fact that there was GOOD COFFEE available 24 hrs & breakfast was a considerably better than most other "free" breakfasts! Only negative: could use a MAJOR UPGRADE on their towels...thin and a bit dinghy. That being said, would definitely stay there again."

"Typical Hampton Inn - nice but all rooms are evidently the same size. No suites, no larger rooms. Staff was very business-like, not super friendly but fine. Breakfast was great."

"Very nice clean comfortable hotel, we had view of harbor. We purchased water taxi tickets from the hotel, I would not recommend using that service if there are any mobility limitations. The hotel staff was very kind to give us a refund. The water taxi is separate from the hotel and there are other options. "

"The Embassy is classy and comfortable. It is typically my first choice for a hotel. The staff is always kind and friendly. The quality breakfast buffet is delicious and the ability to order a custom egg meal is fabulous. I was disappointed in the MA law forbidding “happy hour” options.
