"Stayed twice would stay again"

"We rented this property for our yearly “friends group” vacation, and we were not disappointed. The view from the deck and yard is beautiful. It was the perfect backdrop for some yard games and hanging out. The house itself had plenty of activities and room for a group of guys to keep entertained for a couple of nights. Wilmington had just enough amenities to be convenient but still rural. Tony was extremely responsive and accommodating, as well. Overall, it was a perfect rental for the weekend. "

"Dining shopping not too far, but not walkable. The amount we paid was more than double the advertised price, yet we were still asked to perform a laundry list of cleaning tasks before exiting the unit (vacuuming, folding blankets, emptying and taking out gargage, etc.). I realize there is likely a management fee, but most VRBO properties do not require anything more than making sure doors and windows are secure, sink is clear, thermostats set at certain temps, etc. The property is also in...

"This beautiful home and remote, peaceful surroundings were perfect for my friends and I to reconnect when we met for our 50th high school reunion after not seeing each other for many years. I highly recommend if you are looking for a place to unwind, relax and spend time outdoors in a serene setting."

"We had a group of thirty-four people for a family vacation and had a blast. The host and the housekeeper were tremendously responsive to any small issues we had over the first few days. The kitchen was well stocked but could use more mugs for coffee/tea and additional forks for larger groups and the tea bags were past the best before date and should be replaced. Twelve bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was great. The pool, hot tubs, ping pong table, pool table, tennis court, and fire pit...

"We were two families with teenagers and everyone enjoyed their stay. The house is setup very well and there is attention paid to the tiniest detail. "

"This house was fantastic. We didn’t have the best weather this Memorial Day weekend but the house, pond and view made up for it. Jeremy stocked the house with everything we could possibly need including fresh eggs from the resident chickens, bacon, snacks and so much more. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Our dog enjoyed watching the beautiful fish in the pond and visiting the chickens. We can’t wait to return!"

"My partner, puppy and I came up for a long weekend whilst attending a podcast festival in North Adams. Sandy, the property manager, was a total gem. We were spoiled with the most beautiful mid-October weather, but the energy/aesthetic of the Garden apartment was the cherry on top of an incredible weekend. "

"Three generations of our extended family spent a wonderful Thanksgiving at this superlative property. Children loved the downstairs playroom and bunk rooms. Adults enjoyed luxurious en suite bedrooms. The cooks were pleased with the well-stocked kitchen. Thanksgiving Day featured a beautiful snowfall. "We had a great stay at this property and every year a few families get together to spend a few days skiing and other winter activities. The house was a great layout for our group with plenty of spaces for all to sleep. Kids loved the downstairs while the adults love the game house. The property was well stocked with all needs if you forgot anything to make meal times easy. Host was great and if we had any questions they were answered right away. "
