  • Lago Raponda es un encantador lago alimentado por un manantial de agua clara, ideal para la natación, remo, pesca y esquí acuático. Poner en marcha su propio barco o paddle alrededor del lago con la canoa, 3 kayaks, o 2 de paddle-boards. muelle privado, hamaca frente al lago y pozo de fuego para disfrutar del entorno tranquilo.

    La casa ofrece un montón de espacio para reunirse con amigos y familiares, con 5 dormitorios, 3 baños (capacidad para 10 adultos y 8 niños). Plan de piso abierto con una gran sala de estar con chimenea. vistas del lago desde el porche de entrada y amplia terraza con ducha al aire libre y bañera de hidromasaje (con cargo adicional). sala de juegos con ping pong y futbolín. Beautiful spot right on the lake. Really enjoyed our time there and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The hill is very steep to get to the dock.

What a great experience. The house was beautiful inside and out. We have four families that take an annual ski trip and annual beach trip together. The house had everything we needed. We enjoyed a cozy weekend at this home and traveled a short distance to Mount snow to ski and tube. We couldn’t have loved the location and home anymore!

Friendship Lake

A gracious and well appointed lakehouse, well suited to our gathering of friends and childrens.Plenty of room for a few families, especially if your kids can fully embrace the bunk room, a little early for ours.It’s a real New England classic, you should stay here!

We loved our time at Lake Raponda. Our kids loved the kayaks and paddle boards. They enjoyed swimming and fishing as well. The hot tub was perfect for cool nights. We also liked that the home was within driving distance of several towns and good restaurants. We did the hike at Molly Stark park and loved the views from the tower.

I cant say enough about our stay. Ashley is great and so is her property! 15 minute drive to Mount Snow, hot tub on property and accommodated our family/friends (17 total) perfectly!

Very comfortable home for large family. Lots of activities. Dock was definitely wonderful for sitting, using boats or swimming. Path to get to dock was a challenge! Kitchen setup and use was great. Had a wonderful week.

We had a family of 13 for a long weekend away. House was beautiful. There was plenty of room and plenty of things to do. Hope to return again!

The home and location were absolutely beautiful for thanksgiving weekend. We had some un-forecast snow which was super lovely. The host was extremely gracious and responsive.

Mt Snow Ski Trip

Our group of 16 fit perfectly in this home. The sledding on the property kept the kids entertained when we weren’t at Mt Snow skiing. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and large dining table to play cards. Great location. Beautiful home.

Great getaway with friends!

This house was everything we had hoped and more to getaway over the holidays with friends and family! We lucked out and had some snow so got to sled right out the back door, ice skate on the lake and enjoyed all of the space indoors to relax and unwind. It was a great location to get to Mount Snow and other breweries/restaurants and this house comfortably fit 2 families with 4 kids ranging 1-10.

Fun long weekend at the Ski Haus!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group! We skied Mount Snow and Stratton during our stay, both of which were relatively short drives from the house. It snowed the whole time we were there which made for perfect skiing conditions and beautiful scenery. The hot tub was wonderful after long days of skiing! Couldn’t complement the property enough, would definitely recommend staying at the Ski Haus and hope to return in the future!

Great stay!

The house is exactly as depicted and perfect for families with kids. Super comfortable and roomy and had everything we needed to enjoy the lake on the sunny days and hunker down with a fire and games on the rainy days. We will almost certainly be back! Thank you!

Family Adventure

We love this property! It is absolutely perfect. We have an annual ski vacation where all extended family cousins are invited to ski, have great family time and relax. This property is perfect for it. The fireplace is warm, the wood is plentiful and the hot tub and game room is filled with fun! The long table is perfect for family meals and game filled evenings.

Great layout for birthday getaway

We rented to celebrate family birthdays. The layout was perfect for hosting a few families with kids of all ages. Even on a rainy day we were all comfortable and entertained inside. The house is simple and equipped with basic needs. There is a Shaw's grocery store less than 10 minutes away in the cutest Vermont town. The host, Ashley, was prompt and professional to any questions/concerns we had.

Beautiful lake and a spacious dock. We fished, kayaked & paddle boarded daily. The walk back up to the house was pretty steep- glad we brought lanterns to light the pathway at night. Lots of spaces for our large family to spread out- the game room, living room, screened porch & deck. We watched an eagle dive into the water & fly off with a fish one morning! The owner communicated with us throughout our stay- answering questions & addressing most concerns in a timely manner.

Great Property and Host

I was pleasantly surprised that the property was even better than I thought it would be based on the listing. It was clean, everybody commented on how comfortable the beds were, the location was perfect for skiing (13 min to Mt. Snow) and the view was beautiful off the deck. Ashley was also a great host. She was prompt with her replies and helped to provide some nice local recommendations for us to check out. All of which were great! John
