"I stayed here exactly 2 years ago for about the same amount of time(5 days/4 nights) and back then it was 5 stars. This stay was definitely not up to par. The breakfast was ok, when it was even out there!!! Most of the time, there was none of the food that my son and i normally get, either they need to better regulate how much people take, or restock all of the food better!!!"

"The room was clean I could tell they maintain it well because I do additional cleaning when I get to the room and can see additional dirt and grime that comes off and there was minimal. The staff were very friendly and even asked my preference on room floor and if I would like to be near the elevator or not. "This property is non smoking which we liked and everything was clean and well kept. Unfortunately, the Expedia phone app gave the appearance when I was checking how late we could check in that I hadn’t confirmed the reservation and we clicked confirmed. This resulted in a double booking for the room and the hotel advised we would have to resolve with Expedia. The hotel was a good value for the price and we will stay here again when visiting our daughter."
