"Where do I start? From rusty towel hangers to paint peeling in the hot tub, from stained chairs in the breakfast area to the slowest tv I've ever seen, this was more of a motel experience with the executive price tag."

"My stay was not bad. But to be a new hotel and just opened a few days prior to my stay, I believe service could have been better. The service by 2 staff was great and above and beyond. While the Manager and her staff as we walked in was very dry no greeting whatsoever just dry and did not even look up at you as a customer. I understand management have a lot to do and make sure things flow smoothly. However I would never higher someone like her. If I was a secret shopper I would have had her job....

"1 chair in the room with a roll desk to eat on, small night desk tables by the bed, no dressers to put clothes. Overall the room space was large but lots of wasted space. I love minimalistic but needs to be efficient at least"

"4 years ago I had occasion to stay at 2 different Comfort Inns and swore I would NEVER stay at one again! After this stay at Comfort Inn I have to rethink it. The property was clean and well taken care of in every aspect—public areas clean, grounds clean and litter free, the carpet was clean and well vacuumed, the eating area spotless; the room was immaculate, no mold in the bathroom, everything fresh and in place and the best thing they had going for them was the staff—I was greeted warmly...

"If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!"

"When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for"

"The room photos were outdated but the property was clean and well maintained. The staff, however, were the best attribute to our experience here over a long weekend. Overall they were friendly but when my (5yr old) daughter lost my jewelry in our room, the hotel staff and maintenance turned the room upside down to try and help us to find them!! We couldn't have wished for better service!!! Thank you Candlewood staff and Melinda!"

"No breakfast. Very dirty parking lot. Shower had no shower head! The water was so backed up it was up to my calves. There was one roll of TP…but just sat there and not on the holder. I have a service dog. The manager harassed me for 15-20 minutes because he didn’t see where I indicated tht when I booked on Expedia. I left a night early because I was so upset. The manager does not care, is rude, and they charge you an extra fee as soon as you check in. Not a good deal. But it is across from the...
