"This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. When I arrived, I immediately thought I was in the wrong room. It was filthy smelt like cigarettes and had hair all over the place. I went down to the front desk and was then informed that the cleaners refused to show up for work that day and there was no other room to put me in besides the smoke room, which had a broken smoke alarm by the way. Mind you, I booked a one bed smokeless room and that is not what I received I...

"The hotel was okay overall. It has easy access to stores and restaurants, which made getting around very convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I really appreciated that they were able to extend my stay for an extra day, the hotel does have a pool and we made sure we took advantage. The gym could use some updated equipment, but overall it was a decent stay."

"Very warm and friendly welcome upon entering by Ms. Sally , she was also very informative and kind when we needed plates. Comfortable bed!!! Could have used 4 pillows per bed instead of 3. Overall 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟"
