"I stayed in the Double King room with extra space. I chose this room because there were 4 adults staying in the room and we wanted the King sized beds for better sleep. The extra space was honestly just wasted space. There needs to be a couch or extra chair in the room to make the space useful. We were only given 3 towels and 4 hangers total for the 4 adults staying in the room so it was a pain to have to go down and ask for additional when I clearly marked there were 4 adults staying. The beds...

"I'm here roughly once or twice a month for work, and it's one of my favorites! The bed & pillows are so incredibly comfortable. Cleanliness is always on point. And I feel safe walking my dog around the block. I do wish the balconies were swept more frequently though, as little dust/debris fluffs drift in when the doors are open. Otherwise, no notes!"

"Customer service was top notch! In a world like today, when customer service is at an all-time low due to the nature of things, this hotel, seemingly never forgot and really stepped it up! We stayed here as a part of a longer trip and everyone could see that I had my hands full with my two toddlers. Everyone was so kind and made me feel so comforted, even though my kids were running a muck."

"We stayed here while attending IntroDUCKtion at the University of Oregon. It was a convenient choice for our program, within walking distance of the University. The staff was fantastic, and the rooms were neat and tidy. Loved having a view of the little creek behind the hotel, with a little duck family living out their best life. Just like my daughter and I. Will be staying here again in the future. Go Ducks!"
