"Everything was great with the exception of a broken doorstopper in the bathroom, which we reported after seeing it and they immediately fixed it and a bed throw that was dirty which they came and took it out right away. Everything else was great. Staff was awesome, room was clean, breakfast was fine and all in all we had a great experience. "

"A lovely hotel at the most centre of downtown. A very spacious room, renovated, big beds, modern show, coffee machine and tea kettle, fresh apples and other nibbles all day.,Kind helpful staff. They sent house car to meet at the airport and took us back to airport. Very nice. If back to Eugene, will stay there again. "
