Good studio size Close to shops especially Whole Foods!Loved the coffee downstairs Everything worked great.Did not use the parking, walked everywhere.Laundry room was excellent and soap pods were provided. Maybe add some dryer sheets. Everything was well equipped.I would have liked an iron. Steam iron just wasn't cutting it for me. But it worked great on one of my shirts but not for my pants-oe maybe I didnt know how to use it."

"This rental is in a great location very close to downtown Eugene. It is right next to the train line but it didn't bother us. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We wanted to make some changes and she got right back to us. The place is small and simple but, has everything you need. We would definitely recommend."

"We have mixed feelings about this VRBO.First, the positives: the location is fantastic. It's incredibly convenient to everything at the University of Oregon, including Autzen Stadium. We loved being able to walk or make quick trips back to the house to recharge between activities. The kitchen was well-stocked with the utensils we needed, which was important since we like to make breakfast each morning.
