Surround yourself with style in this standout small but mighty space. This budget-friendly home works well for business travelers, work crews, traveling nurses, and visiting friends and family. The home has been renovated and ready to entertain you and your guests. The house does have a back street access to the backyard to pull in a trailer if needed. The home includes high-speed internet and a fully monitored police /fire alarm system. Hablo Espanol
No Smoking, Vaping, or 420 inside of home. -Any Evidence of smoking (Ex: odor and/ or cigarette butts/ joints) will result in an additional $200 cleaning fee CLEANING -Guests are expected to clean up after themselves. Any trash needs to be thrown away in the dumpster in the back alley. -Any excessive dirty garbage/ conditions as deemed by cleaners will result in an additional fee of $100. PETS - No Pets Allowed - Guests who violate this request will be subject to $150 charge EVENTS/ PARTIES/ QUIET HOURS - No Parties - QUIET HOURS- Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm- 8am - No loud music allowed at any time. SAFETY - Please make sure house is locked when leaving the property THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS -Third Party Bookings are not permitted and will be cancelled without refund if the booking guest is not present for the stay DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS (We understand accidents happen) -If something is damaged or broken you must inform the host immediately. -The same rules apply if items stop working correctly or becomes unusable. (Notify the Host ASAP) LATE CHECK-OUT - Any late Check out, (After 11 AM) without prior approval from host, will result in a late check out fee of $100 - If your check-out passes the 2 hour mark without approval, you will be charged an additional day at the base rate. This DOES NOT mean you can stay in the property for an additional day. The charge is a penalty because our cleaning team is being held up from doing their job to get it ready for the next guest on time. -Stays longer than 21 days are available upon approval from Host. The extended stay does require a lease agreement to be signed.

Only 1 bathroom. Not 1.5. No toilet paper when we checked in. Manager made it right. Good people. Just smaller than advertised. Would stay again though.

Hubby and I traveled to Wichita Falls to visit our Airman at Sheppard AFB. The house is a bit off the beaten path, and as we were approaching, we wondered if it was going to be safe. Once arriving, all our concerns vanished. It's a well-kept house, tankless hot water heater (nice hot showers!), AC worked great (not central) to cool the whole house, ceiling fans in bedrooms worked great. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds. There are train tracks nearby, but we didn't hear any train horns/whistles after about 10-11pm. My only "wish" would have been a list of recommended/suggested local dining spots and maybe cool things to do. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay!

The house was clean and comfortable. It was a great fit for my daughters and me while we attended an event in Wichita Falls.

The home was perfect! Such cute accommodations and the beds were super comfortable! The home is in an older neighborhood where other homes are not as well cared for as this one so it really stands out like a hidden gem! The home is even equipped with an alarm system which is a luxury I’ve never had in any other rental!
