"We had a small issue with the self check in as the gate number provided in the email didn't work. I managed to ring the hosts and after a few minutes it was sorted and we were able to gain access. The lodge was very comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped for a self catering stay. Everything you needed to cook a meal including a microwave oven a fridge and a kettle. I loved the 4 highland cows in the field just outside the lodge, this was partly my reason for booking this accommodation. "

"Absolutely loved our stay, the owners are very nice and the house was lovely 😍. Our breakfast basket that was delivered to our room was perfect. Easily walkable to the town to get food or shop and the view of the track was beautiful. There is a bus stop right in front of you don't want to drive to Edinburgh. Highly recommend and hopefully we will get to stay again in the future. Thank You for a wonderful night! "

"This is the gold standard for B&Bs. Mark and Jeni are wonderful hosts and the house is nicely decorated and furnished. The breakfast was delicious, and we had so many choices! We would recommend this B&B to anyone staying near St. Andrews. There are stairs to the rooms, as is the case in most B&Bs and hotels in Scotland, so since we had a car, we pack a small weekend bag, so we don't have to carry heavy suitcases up and down. Thank you Mark and Jeni for a wonderful stay!"
