Thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes, Coconut Bay #122 features a spacious layout over three floors. The ground floor hosts the fully equipped kitchen, open living and dining area, and a shaded outdoor patio. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor — one with an en-suite bath and another with adjacent bath and laundry area. A third private bedroom is perched on the third floor. The home is furnished with king-size bedroom sets in all three rooms and includes luxury touches like high-end cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, central A/C, ceiling fans, a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a washer/dryer.

Kitchen essentials include: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters to get you started.
Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack, including shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper,  paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Plenty of towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

So relaxing

On the beach, watched the sun set every night, terrific pool area, so easy to relax at this home. Very comfortable couch and beds. It was very well stocked with kitchen items, meal prep was easy. Spacious back deck. Walking distance to Macabuca, good food and even better scuba diving. Foster's Grocery Store down the street, Jacques liquor store next to it. Terrific location!
