"Summer stay not during ski season. Staff very helpful, welcoming, friendly. Room was clean and nice although some people might consider the main lodging building where I stayed would be outdated. But it was a very good experience all around. Beautiful natural surroundings all around the area so it’s a great getaway from the busy life during summertime. Good deal too during the off season. "

"Wrote to them asking for early check in around 1pm for 3pm check in, no reply. Not a problem, early check in isn’t a guarantee. Get to the property 10 mins before check in and no one is there, wait around for 30 mins, no one there, no one answering in the app, no one picking up the phone. By 340 called Vrbo who canceled my reservation around 4pm the property called asked if I left, I said I did and booked somewhere else, no apology, no reasoning, just “ok” and hung up. "Such a cozy cabin in the woods! We brought our own bird feeders and food and the birds came in immediately. We really enjoyed the peace and tranquillity. The cabin had a lovely porch with a patio table and chairs and we enjoyed our morning coffee listening to birdsong"

"Lucas's property on Lake Laurel in Lennox was perfect for our familty getaway in the Berkshires. The house layout (4 bedrooms with two on the first floor and two on the second) really suited our needs as we had two adult couples and an infant. "This is our second time staying in The Clearing. It's one of our all-time favorite stays. The setting is beautiful and peaceful. We could live in this comfortable house. It's charming and well-appointed with everything you'll need. The bed is comfortable. Sit on the screened-in porch and look at the mountain in the distance. Read a book or go for a hike.
