"I had a room on the 2nd floor and it was SO loud that I could barely sleep. Room was near an entrance to the hotel & next to the kitchen. I could even hear the bathroom above me. Pretty hotel, nice hotel staff, great location but I was there to sleep & couldn’t."

"I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. "Funky place. Great area. Modern rooms. Would stay again. Parking was expensive (valet only), it would have been nice if breakfast was free, and the cleaning stuff began their day too early and were quite loud in my opinion. Again though.... I would stay here again"

"A really pleasant stay overall. The room was spotless on arrival and remained well-maintained throughout. It was clear that housekeeping takes real pride in their work. The staff were equally impressive, always on hand with a friendly word and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. "We had a corner suite with a King-size bed and the room was clean and very spacious. The staff was professional and easy to work with. The Breakfast was standard hotel fare and was fresh and well-maintained by the kitchen staff."

"I couldn't recommend this place more. The staff are all GENUINELY kind. They don't put on a show and act like they do just to make money. They do a phenomenal job at keeping it clean. And they allow your fur babies to stay with you(with a pet fee). If you or your family are coming to this area and want a family and pet friendly(wallet friendly too!) I recommend this spot!!"

"Very difficult to get to. Must drive thru shopping mall parking lot or a back alley. Parking was very limited. Had to park along grassy edge of lot because they ran out of parking in the very small lot."

"The room was spacious and clean. Bed was good. Bathroom had a slight mildew smell but looked pretty clean. Water was either cold or really hot with low water pressure. We only stayed one night so we made it work. Breakfast was super busy and smaller area so we skipped it."
