"It's very convenient since its just around the corner from the cancer center. I get up have a wonderful filling breakfast and head out. Parking is very convenient and there's so many places to eat within a 5 mile radius. It's my go to stay because of location for everything."

"Staff was not helpful, Ice machine was broken for the entire complex in AZ when it was 113 degrees. Ice machine at the condo was broken too. When asked for help , after many phone calls to front desk, staff was not helpful. The Hilton still charged us Resorts Fees."

"The whole staff were absolutely amazing from management to the maintenance staff. No request was ignored and all was made whole in every situation.
I would like to add a property assessment suggestion. The smoking area designated at the front of the property away from "guest's " but the 1st thing people pulling up to see amd smell. I am a smoker and felt uncomfortable having to face all new guest's checking in who might have a strong opinion about smoking at all. I suggest having benches,...

"First of all, the customer service was beyond what I’ve experienced in the past from other hotels. Casey at the front desk was wonderful! Just so nice, polite, and helpful. Her customer service alone will bring me back to stay here again. The room was clean, nice, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I greatly enjoyed our stay."

"The location is beyond beautiful, the views from the balcony were stunning. The room is older but it excellent condition. We didn't use the pool but walked up to it, its small but a great place to dip into in the AZ heat. Would definitely go back!"

"The rooms were clean but we were just at the Scottsdale Stay Bridge and it was much nicer facility, felt cleaner and did not smell bad. Compared to this one Phoenix I would not stay at again. Breakfast was not cooked as well as the Scottsdale location. The staff seemed like they were rushed and not helpful at the Phoenix location."
