The interior of the main building, with its elegant Mallorcan style and vaulted ceilings, houses a cozy common room, perfect for escaping the heat and enjoying a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The Duplex apartments, spread over two floors, are designed to offer maximum comfort and well-being. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living room with a dining area, satellite TV, and a sofa bed ideal for the little ones. The open-plan kitchen, connected to the living room, is equipped with an induction hob and all the basic kitchenware needed to cook comfortably. On the upper floor, the cozy bedroom with two single beds can be found. Additionally, the apartments feature air conditioning, heating, and a private bathroom, ensuring a perfect rest. The terrace, ideal for enjoying the fresh air, offers a relaxed atmosphere, though without individual privacy. The apartments also have access to a communal laundry, and if you're traveling with a baby, we provide a cot and high chair for your comfort.

The location of Sa Franquesa Vella is perfect for those who wish to discover the island’s authentic agricultural life. Vilafranca de Bonany, a picturesque village, offers all the necessary services for an independent stay, such as supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. You can also explore other charming villages nearby, like Petra and Manacor. The nearest beaches are on the east coast, with Calas de Mallorca being the closest, along with other beautiful beaches like Cala Mendia, Cala Romántica, and the impressive Cala Varques.

Thanks to our self check-in system, you will be able to access your flat easily and without complications, as we do not have a reception. We also include a change of sheets and towels during your stay so that you will always feel comfortable, although we do not offer daily cleaning.
