Welcome to Central Park Prestige, offering Victoria's newest upscale, mini-hotel experience. Designed and purpose-built for short term rental, your space offers unrivaled privacy, luxury, and tranquility comparable to the best hotels in the City. Just a short walk from downtown Victoria, our brand new and custom-built home provides you the perfect balance of privacy, comfort and convenience.

The Space
Your private room is spacious and elegant. Luxury features include heated granite floors, recording studio grade soundproofing, comfortable lounge seating, and commissioned original paintings from local artists. Your private and spa-like ensuite bathroom is equipped with a rainfall shower and wall jets, and heated marble floors. Stay connected for business or personal use with private gigabit ethernet and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, and numerous streaming services on the 4k TV.

Guest Access
During your stay, you will have access to numerous shared amenities including; a massive deck designed for both relaxation and entertainment featuring a Weber BBQ, custom fire table, massive umbrella, Lazy Boy couches, and Royal Botania sun loungers. Indoor amenities include a fully equipped laundry room with countertop, sink, wine chiller, and fully stocked coffee and tea station. Summer 2025 will see the addition of an outdoor kitchen, jacuzzi, cold plunge, and barrel sauna for the ultimate private spa experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was very comfortable and met all of our needs. The shared kitchen space was very convenient and included our own section of a refrigerator. The unit was very stylish and we loved the shower with all the jets and the comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again, if the opportunity arises in the future.

Everything was perfect! I thought it was too good to be true when I read the description but it was all that and more, down to homemade cookies and luggage accomodation. The neighborhood is great with nice cafes, and downtown is a 15 minute walk away.

Checking in was easy. Follow house rules and leave your shoes at the door because as esthetically pleasing it is also spotless. Unit B was enough for the 2 of us - bed, tv, closet for clothing, and a lovely bathroom. No sauna or hot tub yet, and that would make the stay a true holiday. BBQ access made for a couple of nice outdoor dinners. The hosts are kind and care to make your stay "sweet" ;)

My son and I had a great time staying here. The room was immaculately clean with lots of space for two people. Extra special touch with the treats for my son. The kitchen was so useful - tea, coffee, cream and a fridge. Even the board games were amazing. All these new games we haven’t played yet. Thank you so much.

We stayed in this property for 3 nights. It was terrific. We rented bicycles, and took the bus from the airport. All good. We even got a portable A/C unit for the room the last evening. Just a hair noisy when the window is open. For the price I would recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay in Victoria, it was super nice to be able to park the car and walk the entire time we were in town. There are a lot of great eateries around and our hosts were super personable and accommodating. Thank-you Deanna and Brent for all the little touches in making us feel welcome and we look forward to staying here again.

We enjoyed our comfortable accommodations in Victoria. The room is larger than what is shown in the picture. The common area for the 2 units is very functional and well stocked. Digital locks on both units and the outside entrance into the space made us feel secure. We never had any problems parking our vehicle in front of the house. Everything is new, modern and clean.
