"This hotel is in poor condition and does not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or upkeep. "Staff receptionist Daniel was excellent. He was very prompt in providing our requests and gave us all necessary information for our trip. We were lucky he was always on shift when we needed some help. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Excellent experience during our stay. Location is very good. Walkable distance from Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Can reach Colesseum within 2 stops from the nearest metro from hotel. Felt safe around the area as well. "

"The hotel has only five guest rooms, which assures that the extremely welcoming staff are always attentive. Before my stay, I was concerned about traffic noise, which was not at all an issue due to excellent sound insulation. In fact, I never heard a sound from adjoining rooms or the common area.
