"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"

"Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience.
Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help.
There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast."

"Firstly the staff were amazing would do anything for you, the location is the best we’ve ever had in a destination, super close to all you can see in the old quarter.
The only thing to be aware of is that the property is quite noisy, we had to ask for ear plugs and are not particularly light sleepers. The walls are paper thin so anytime someone walks past you which was quite a lot on our floor due to the level we were on you can hear everything. The church behind also rings a lot of bells at...

"Step off the street hustle & bustle into quiet serenity. Very friendly staff who make you feel personally welcome to be there. Clean and well maintained & excellent location.
Breakfast on the roof is an unexpected treat for the view of the city. Un-rushed atmosphere in the spa & a relaxing and warm pool to unwind in after a massage."
