"the room is very hot, with outside temperature is around 10C, we kept the window open, but the room is still very hot. It is basically an extension of the rooftop of a restaurant. "

"I booked for my elderly parents . When we checked in , no one explained anything about breakfast, when we asked other guests they just pointed to the kitchen which was empty . Only managed to find some bread in the fridge . There were no eggs , no bacon no variety of bread or cereals. The signs in the hotel indicate check out is at 11:00 am but they knocked on the door at 10:00am and kicked us out without giving us a chance to even make breakfast."

I booked the single room which had a large single bed. The room was comfortable, clean and really well equipped for short stays. Lots of towels which was definitely a plus. Only a few negatives were that my mum would have liked a non slip mat for the shower as she felt it could get a little slippy. It...

"Nice basic hotel in pretty & quiet street. Good location for visiting family who live 20 mins walk across tooting common. This is stones throw from the common & its cafe. Set in nice residential area. Taken a star off as mattress was a bit hard for me but to be fair I have got a very soft one at home that I’m used to. Room bit basic but ok for 1 or 2 nights."

"Breakfast was a total disappointment. Most stuff tasted like old reheated food, the salami was not fresh either. Most of the staff kinda looked sad to work there. I can only think of 3 that had a bit of a smile and nice disposition, the rest…… We were in a double room with a 4 year old and an 8 months old. We arrived early and the room wasn’t ready (understandably so), one would think they were getting it ready for us checking in, but when we got to the the room, only 2 towels and no soap....

"Cheap private room for a Saturday night, close to Deptford and Greenwich, with the DLR just around the corner so a handy spot. In the middle of an estate which was a bit of a shock at first but it was fairly tame for the most part. Didn’t attempt a shower as it smelt really bad. Toilets were kinda gross and smelt too. Room was decent enough though and the staff were sound. Bar area also decent with big screens showing sky sports, a dart board, sofas etc… Fine for a cheap one night stay. But...
