"Marco and his assistant were absolutely amazing! Fully renovated room, AC, two balconies, place is walkable to port, Toledo, pretty much all historic landmarks of Naples… we’ve taken a tour to Pompei, they picked us up, within 2 minute walk from the property. Marco used WhatsApp, so if you travel without local cell service- not a problem, WiFi is enough, and he was able to open everything for us remotely, even when no one was around. Breakfast served in the room… I was super happy :)"

"We stayed one night. The owner was very communicative with check in times to make sure he could be there to let us in and explain everything.
It's a small, personal business so not a typical hotel . You need to order your breakfast then evening before but the croissants and bread were delicious.
We had a family room which was large, the air conditioning was great and amazing as it was so hot in Naples, and the beds were comfortable. The shower was powerful.
All in all a great place to stay and...
"Hotel room was clean and modern. Housekeeping every day. Neighborhood was kind of sketchy but over the four days we were there found it to be safe and the people kind. Lots of close by restaurants and the taxi stand is steps away. I’m a lone female traveller with a young child so safety is my number one concern. "
"The team running this B&B are extremely kind and thoughtful. Breakfast is big and tasty, with lots of variety! Rooms are clean and the bed/pillows are very comfortable. The location of this hotel couldn’t be better for night life and food. We really enjoyed our stay. "

Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples.
The suite we stayed in had a split level sleeping arrangement which made the room spacious and the large window opened on to a Juliet balcony overlooking the busy street below.

"We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if...
"If you are coming to Naples, this is an amazing place to stay. The room was lovely as well as the service. It’s located in the perfect area for you to go an explore Naples, a short walk to the port and despite its location it’s very quiet in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again. "
"VERY interesting place to stay, if you’re an art fan or museum this is the place for you, lots of stuff to discover in this hotel. A little complicated to find especially if you arrive late but very beautiful and clean. (Lots of stairs to climb, no elevator so beware for big luggage) "
"The room was great. The beds are a little firm but much more preferable than too soft for us. There are 2 heavy gates to access the property plus the locked door to the lobby then finally our room so safety was never a concern. Our host communicated quickly after I had posed several questions and was even timely in her response when I had a question after checkout. Bed was firm. Hairdryer was strong (2100 Watts) with the directional attachment! Best hairdryer I’ve come across in a hotel. Safe building. The only complaint was that there were 4 shampoos but no shower gel or lotion. However, excellent shower. The interior is modern. Host is responsive. "
