Spectacular apartment located in a privileged position facing the sea with cruise ship views of Carihuela and Bajondillo beaches. It is a stone's throw away from the center of Torremolinos and the train and bus station of this locality. It is also close to Malaga airport, the Benalmadena Marina, and various golf courses.

The urbanization has landscaped communal areas, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a beauty salon, 24-hour concierge, a tennis court, parking, and direct access to Carihuela Beach and the Promenade where you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment areas.

The apartment has been recently renovated and has been designed to provide a comfortable stay for 4 people. All the materials used, as well as the furniture and appliances installed, are of high quality.

The apartment is fully equipped, with air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms and high-speed internet connection. It has a spacious living room (double sofa bed, 47" TV, dining table for 4 people, among others), a bedroom (double bed with storage space and front sea view), a bathroom (shower with thermostatic faucet), a terrace (side table and two comfortable chairs from where you can contemplate a beautiful sunrise, with the possibility of integrating it into the living room thanks to its glass curtain enclosure -Lumon-), and a kitchen (fridge/freezer, induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, kitchenware, etc.).

Additional equipment includes an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and a safe. Satellite TV channels in different languages, ASTRA, HORBIT, and SKY DIGITAL UK (private) are also available.

Best views ever, immaculate accommodation, clean modern bright, great air con, lovely comfy bed, close to beaches bars and restaurants, all in walking distance. Fabulous promenade … if you like paddle tennis there is a club 2km away … perfect, will def b back Only thing complex is very dated but so long as you can get past that … GO!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and in a great location. The shower was fab (great water pressure and as warm as you need). Everything you need including a fabulous hairdryer and towels for the sun loungers. The verandah can be opened up to the living area which gives you sunshine until about 3pm when we were there in August and then you can easily get a lounger in the communal pool area. Air con is bliss! Jose went out of his way to accommodate our flight times and was so responsive. Ten out of ten and I am very fussy! Thank you!

Also Luxus würde ich eine Wohnung welche nicht richtig gereinigt wurde, keine Küchenrollen und Mülltüten anbietet und ein nicht so sicheres Bett hat nicht nennen. Am ersten Tag jede Menge Haare gefunden und durch eine sehr unangenehmen Situation mit der Putzfrau durchgehen. Da ist der erste Eindruck schon geplatzt.Für den Preis ist eigentlich nur die Aussicht preiswert, während der Rest alles Mittelklasse ist. Lieber in einem Hotel bleiben als bei so einem Preis dort zu bleiben.

The appartment is very nice and the view is as good as it gets with that ocean view. The air condition is quiet and works well. The building and shared areas such as the pool have aged gracefully but the front of the complex is a depressing site and looks rundown and littered. So I would rate the appt and communition with Jose 5 star but total 4 stars due to shared areas and building.

Wir hatten wundervolle 10 Tage Urlaub im Appartement von Carmen und José, vielen Dank. Die Ferienwohnung war genau so wie in der Beschreibung, die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Lage top - alles zu Fuß erreichbar. José ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Host. Super Poolanlage mit kleinem Restaurant vorhanden. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenplatz, was bei Hitze ein großer Vorteil ist. Wir können es in jeder Hinsicht weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect location, view, and amenities.

Well located on the point of Torremolinos, with great beaches and restaurants in both directions. A large complex with pool, cafe, terrace, and elevator access to beach (or back up the cliff to town!) Friendly host, and just a really great place to be!

Une vue à couper le souffle

Une magnifique vue qui donne l’impression d’être en croisière. Le description et photos sont conformes. Entre la Caruela et Bajandillo, la possibilité d’être à proximité de tout. Un ascenseur permet d’accéder à la promenade facilement et de trouver des restos à proximité. L’appartement est très bien équipé pour y cuisiner de petits plats. En ouvrant les portes on a l’impression de dîner à l’extérieur. Wow nous recommandons cet appart.Josée réponds rapidement.

Wonderful Week In Torremolinos!

This was our second stay at Jose and Carmen's beautiful apartment in Torremolinos. We had wonderful stay when we visited in 2017. This summer we had family visit and everyone decided that they would like a beach vacation. Based on our previous visit we looked first to the Costa del Sol. I immediately recognized the picture of Jose's apartment and was delighted to see it was available for our travel dates. Jose and Carmen are really terrific hosts. Jose stayed in contact with us prior to our arrival, and he assisted us in arranging our transport from the airport in Malaga to apartment. Our flight was significantly delayed until late at night, but Jose was waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment is exactly as depicted in the photos and includes everything you will need during your stay. The beach is just steps away with dozens of nice restaurants and places to grab a drink. Plenty of markets nearby to restock the fridge. It's really a great location. Jose is always available via WhatsApp to answer any questions or address any concerns. Beautiful apartment, great location, terrific hosts. We will definitely be visiting with them again!

Gorgeous apartment in a quiet area within 5 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. It was exactly as the pictures.The host was lovely and the water and chocolates a nice welcome treat.

Stay in Torremolinos

This is a lovely apartment in a complex of other applications that was once a hotel. The appartment was clean and equipped with all we needed for a weeks stay. The owner communicated well with us before our trip and gave us a good tour of the complex. The location is perfect - a short walk to the old town and a lift down to the beach / main promenade. As for the apartment view - simply wow!! Would recommend this appartment to anyone!

Lovely “room with a view”

This was my first trip to Torremolinos, and I wasn’t sure where to stay. I wanted to be by the beach but close to the town and this property fulfilled that. It was beautifully appointed with everything I needed and had an amazing view of the sea (with a balcony to sit on). The host made the experience complete by explaining everything upon my arrival and was willing to help in anyway possible if needed. It was a perfect three nights.

Tolles Apartment

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem toll gelegenen Apartment. Direkter Zugang zur Promenade und Strand. Gut eingerichtet mit herrlichem Ausblick auf das Meer und allem was das Herz begehrt. Unser Gastgeber Jose hat sich alle Mühe gegeben. Besser ging es nicht. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Spectacular in every way!

Everything about our two-week stay in this luxury property was perfect! Jose gave us a tour of the complex and apartment, and his communication and attention to detail was excellent. Quality appliances and attractive decor. The home looks exactly like the pictures except photos can not capture the stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea like seeing it through your own eyes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

From the moment we booked the process was professional, informative and straightforward. Jose was a joy and met us on arrival to introduce himself and to give us a thorough overview of the apartment. The apartment is as stunning as the photos and the layout and attention to detail makes for a perfect stay. The views are spectacular and the location is perfect for enjoying the local bars and seafront restaurants. Can’t think of a single negative and we will definitely be returning for a longer stay. 5 stars all round !!

By far the finest location in Torremolinos. The apartment overlooks the sea making the view seem as if it’s a suite on a cruise ship. It is within a two minute walk from restaurants and convenience stores. The facility is quiet. A large pool dominates the lush grounds which overlook the beach. Ownership was responsive and attentive to our needs. Overall: exceptional in every level.
