"Great staff who were attentive and very helpful. Lovely room with comfortable bed, good food to, had a surf and turf which came with a lobster bisque saurce which was exceptional and something I will look for again. A nice touch I thought were the magnetic contactless charging points either side of the bed which were unexpected 10/10 for that."

"Beautiful hotel. We were greeted by a glass of prosecco whilst we checked in. We had a standard room which was more than adequate in size and it has the softest bed and linen I think I have ever stayed in, the room had a balcony looking out over part of the golf course. We played golf and used the spa after which is intimate in size but well worth using. We ate in both restaurants and had breakfast on the terrace both mornings. The food is very much American asian infusion and is fantastic. Not...

"Really good value for this incredibly spacious apartment. A comfortable night. A couple of touches would improve the stay even more. As previous reviewer mentioned, the only mirror is above the bathroom sink. Its on the top of the jet garage which is closed at night. "

"Overall good stay. Hotel was busy with mix of guests including wedding, leisure, spa and families. Bar staff friendly and helpful. Parking adequate. Room comfortable. Pool facilities good overall, although tend to become less relaxing when more guests arrive, so we relished the quieter moments. "

"Lovely location, great breakfast and. Restaurant menu. Staff very friendly and efficient. Very popular hotel and only room available was a ‘classic’ with no sea view where the bathroom was adequate but could have done with a refresh. Have stayed many times in the superior rooms and they are fab. "

"Very cosy and warm, steep steps up to room and parking a few minutes walk away. A wonderful view to wake up to overlooking the river Medway. No breakfast inc and it’s not clear reading the other reviews, I think it’s overpriced without breakfast. We enjoyed our stay but I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately. If you are a light sleeper noisy traffic in the background also. The host was friendly. "
