"loved our stay at Arlo Midtown. we were arriving after midnight and the hotel accomodated this with staff available for a very late check in. Attentive and helpful staff throughout the stay. Really great location too. The bed was extremely comfortable and although the rooms are small, they make use of the space well and it didn't feel boxy. Shower pressure excellent. We will stay again!"

"More space than I expected for a hotel in the city. Beds were comfortable, the room was very clean. It’s a little noisy at night being next to MSG, but the view is amazing and the location is great. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. "

"The staff were very welcoming. I did early check in so I was able to get to my room as soon as I arrived which was great. My room was a king and was very clean but very small. That was ok though because it was just me. Also, the location was perfect! I would definitely recommend Staypineapple"

"Great hotel with ever-polite and ever-helpful staff. I stayed two nights - first night was in the tiniest room ever with no desk so I had to do a zoom call with my laptop on the bed and me perched on the tiny foot stall. I mentioned it in my check-in review and the next day I was upgraded to a deluxe room with much more space and a desk! The bed was comfortable and everything very clean. Not sure all the USB sockets in both rooms were working properly, though. The front-desk staff - especially...

Das Schlafsofa hat eine sehr dünne Matratze, aber auf Nachfrage wurde uns sofort eine zweite Matratze gebracht. Wasser, Kaffee und Tee gibt es rund um die Auge in der Lobby. Je nach Uhrzeit war es beim Frühstück voll, aber dies ist meist überall der Fall. Beim Frühstück wurden Boxen bereitgestellt zum mitnehmen von Essen. Wir können die Unterkunft durchaus empfehlen. "

"First of all, the location of this hotel is amazing. Few minutes from penn station and a subway right at 28th station about 300ft from the hotel. The room was super clean and tidy, and staff are very friendly. Theres breakfast that at convenience cost, everything looked okay, but we skipped it. Definitely will come back again when we'll visit Manhattan again."
