"I had a really lovely stay here last night. Michael welcomed me warmly and showed me up to a lovely, bright, comfortable room. The bed was really comfy and it was so quiet, I slept really well. Everything was super clean. As a single person travelling for work I usually don't choose to stay in someone’s home but the reviews swayed me and I’m glad they did. I definitely hope to come back. "Cheap private room for a Saturday night, close to Deptford and Greenwich, with the DLR just around the corner so a handy spot. In the middle of an estate which was a bit of a shock at first but it was fairly tame for the most part. Didn’t attempt a shower as it smelt really bad. Toilets were kinda gross and smelt too. Room was decent enough though and the staff were sound. Bar area also decent with big screens showing sky sports, a dart board, sofas etc… Fine for a cheap one night stay. But...

"Very conveniently located right by the main train station. Handy for short trips into London and back to Gatwick for an early flight. Clean, functional, well-designed basic room with everything I needed, my only complaints were that there wasn’t a plug anywhere near a mirror (to look in it to dry my hair), and only a very bright ceiling light, no reading/bedside lights, so it was all or nothing. I also left a pair of reading glasses and a book in the room that housekeeping claimed not to find,...

"My Booking was canceled a few hours short of my check-in time on the day of travel and an alternative hotel was appointed a few miles away that had no parking and that was why I choose this hotel. local parking at long stay maximum was 24 hours so that ruined my stay to celebrate the king's coronation. the alternative hotel cost 50% less than I paid and was not refunded the difference. plans ruined checked out a day early. disgusting "

"The room was ok and staff were ok. The room was cleaned but not to a great standard. Car parking is good as there are loads of spaces. Windows aren’t sound proofed so unfortunately I had to listen to loud noise and music and loud cars outside until half 12 in the morning which isn’t great on an early start. I paid extra for breakfast on the 2 nights I stopped but unfortunately due to the size of the seating area and the hot plates the Q is massive and to small for the guests that are there and...

"The staff was polite and helpful but the building is worn down and the lift was out of order and I was on the top floor. I have a disability and walking long causes discomfort so walking up avs down stairs was long"

"The hotel was good in general. My problem was with the bathroom . The tub is so slippery and was basically a hazard to use . As well as, there was no cupboard or shelf space for guests to put their belongings."
