Step inside to find a relaxed and welcoming family home designed for easy coastal living. The open-plan living area is set up for both relaxation and entertainment. The family room features a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and an Xbox with games perfect for casual downtime. Sliding doors open directly to the generous alfresco area with outdoor seating and a BBQ, providing a great place to enjoy relaxed meals in the coastal breeze.

This family room is connected to the eight-seater dining table and the kitchen, which includes everything needed for home cooking, with an oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, rice cooker, coffee machine, and essential utensils.

The second living area, shown as the formal lounge on the floorplan, offers an additional sitting space. With a more traditional fitout, it provides a quiet spot to unwind, watch TV, read, or enjoy conversation away from the main living zone. A formal dining area sits alongside it, giving guests multiple spaces to gather and spread out.

Four bedrooms provide flexibility for groups. The main bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan, and private ensuite. Two additional bedrooms include queen beds with ceiling fans, while the fourth bedroom offers a double bed plus a single well suited for families or mixed groups. A second bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, along with a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, adds convenience for longer stays.

With a backyard designed for easy outdoor living, on-site parking, and a location just moments from the beach and lakeside paths, this home provides a comfortable, practical base for your Central Coast stay.

This property offers self-check-in. Access is provided via a secure lockbox located on-site. One set of keys is provided per booking and you are able to utilise the lockbox during your stay. If you require additional keys, please contact us at least 48 hours before arrival; otherwise, a call-out fee may apply.

Guests are welcome to use on-site BBQs where provided. All safety guidelines must be followed, including supervising children and ensuring the BBQ is turned off after use. BBQs must be cleaned thoroughly after use; failure to do so will incur additional cleaning charges. Any damage resulting from misuse will be billed to the guest.

Dogs are only permitted at our designated pet-friendly properties and must be approved in writing prior to your stay. If evidence of an unapproved pet is found, charges will apply for steam-cleaning carpets, furniture, and any additional cleaning required.

If your booking includes an approved pet, please follow these simple guidelines:
All pets must be pre-approved in writing.
Any mess indoors or outdoors must be cleaned, bagged, and disposed of in the outdoor bins.
Guests must provide their own pet bedding.
Please keep your pet strictly to hard-floor areas and do not allow them on furniture or in bedrooms.

By bringing a pet, you agree to cover any damage or extra cleaning required due to your pet’s stay.

Listing Cancellation Policy:
Reservations up to 27 nights:
Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.

Long Stays (28 nights or more):
Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund.
After 48 hours of booking creation: No refund of any fees paid.

Guest Registration & Verification: All guests must complete electronic guest registration prior to arrival, including valid photo ID (Driver’s Licence or Passport), credit/debit card details, and a list of all guests with current mobile numbers. These documents are securely stored with industry-standard encryption and automatically deleted 14 days after check-out, in line with PCI compliance, and access codes are only issued to registered and verified guests. Any reservation made within 5 days of arrival requires a photo of a credit card in the same full name as the primary guest, matching the provided ID. If the names do not match, the booking will be cancelled and funds returned. This policy is in place to protect our guests, our property owners, and the community.

Pre-Authorisation / Security Deposit: A security bond or pre-authorisation will be required to cover accidental damage, breakages, or extra cleaning costs. Guests will be notified of the amount and method of payment prior to arrival. Any claims for damages will be documented and communicated clearly.

Noise & No-Party Policy: All of our properties are located in residential areas and are subject to strict local noise regulations. Noise that can be heard outside the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted under any circumstances. Breaches of this policy may result in immediate eviction, forfeiture of your bond, and additional charges.

Complimentary WiFi is provided by the property owner for guest use. As this connection is managed by a third-party provider, AirKeeper cannot guarantee speed or reliability and does not offer compensation for any service interruptions. AirKeeper will provide troubleshooting assistance to guests where possible but cannot be held liable for reception or signal issues beyond our control.

Linen, Towels & Amenities: Guests receive a full set of bed linen and one bath towel; pool, lake, and beach towels are not provided. Extra towels or linen can be requested 7 days prior, possibly with a charge. A basic bathroom and kitchen starter pack is supplied, but guests should bring additional items as needed for their stay.

Departure Responsibilities: Upon departure, all properties must be returned in a clean condition. While a general clean is included in your rental, excess cleaning charges will apply for items such as dirty dishes, stained linen, food or drink spills, BBQ cleaning, or rubbish not disposed of in outside bins. If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees. Any additional cleaning or disposal charges will be communicated and deducted from your security bond.
