"Excellent location - easy access to tos of awesome hikes, to Mountain Village and to town of Telluride. Super roomie even with 4 adults and 2 dogs, clean, quiet, we loved the deck and the peaceful Aspen trees. The neighbors were also very friendly! We were sad to leave."

"This condo is truly in a perfect location. We walked just about to everything and it worked very well for us. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The host is professional, responsive and pleasant. The description of the condo is accurate; the only piece of information I would add is that, as with many mountain homes, there is a full flight of steps (somewhat steep) to access the unit, as well as inside (also somewhat steep), between bedrooms and main living floors. "We had a great stay in Telluride! Jen was a great host, who was easily accessible, and gave us great recommendations for the local area. Great location next to the river and the river trail. Easy walk into downtown as well. Overall, it was a perfect spot for the four of us. We definitely hope to return sometime soon!"

"We booked Neal's place for the Telluride Bluegrass festival and it worked out great. It was about a 15 minute walk to the festival and in a good location. The place was as advertised and accommodated our party of 10. Guest parking instructions were a bit confusing but worked out okay for us."

"We hosted our small wedding on Mike’s property. It was absolutely incredible. The property is gorgeous and Mike is so accommodating and communicative. It was a perfect experience for us and our family. "

"Had a great stay with the family. The house is very clean and well appointed. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed coffee on the front deck and the hot tub was a welcome post hiking treat. Great kitchen for cooking meals with the family. Lot's of room at the tables for playing cards. The dial a ride is super convenient access to the gondola. We saw a bear wander through the woods from the back patio and there were an abundance of deer and elk all over. "

"We had an amazing stay at this place. Very cozy walking distance to downtown telluride and 5mins walk to the gondola station. The place is very cleaned. They provided all the towels we needed and nicely placed in the bed and bathrooms. Shampoo, conditioner and bidy wash are included inside the bathroom along with the hair blower and unlimited kleenex tissue for our runny nose. "I agree with other comments about this apartment. The kitchen is well stocked, the LR is comfortable and the king bed is excellent. We stayed in the summer (July) and the unit was a bit warm which was our only concern but we still were able to sleep. And lastly the property manager was very available - "
