  • Affordable and nicely appointed studio condo with full bath at the base of chair lift #7 for ski-in, ski-out access. Remodeled with slate floors, carpeting, and new, high-end queen mattress set with high-thread count linens. This studio has a small refrigerator and microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. In addition to the queen bed, it has a daybed (twin bed), cozy sit-down table, and large closets making it the very best value in Telluride for summer or winter.

    Two, large outdoor hot tubs are right out the door,and the town loop bus stop stops right next to the condo every 10 minutes. The bus will take you to the gondola in 2 min or walk there in 5! The free bus will also take you to the restaurants, shops and nightlife of downtown Telluride!

    This condo can attach to the adjacent studio for added space for an extra charge. The adjacent condo has a queen bed, twin bed, trundle and studio kitchen plus another full bath! Pricing is for this unit, only. Check VRBO #56671 for the adjacent unit.

WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER THIS MANAGEMENT. This was one of the worst lodging experiences I have ever had. The issue was not that the unit lacked air conditioning — that was expected. The issue was that the bedroom became unbearably hot, and the only realistic way to get any ventilation was to open the window. But the window had NO SCREEN. When I cracked the window because the room was so hot, mosquitoes and insects came in, and I was bitten. So the choice was either sleep in an unbearably hot room or open an unscreened window and get bitten. That is completely unacceptable. Neil, the property manager, was rude, condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional. He initially said the screen would be replaced within 24 hours. That did not happen. Then he ignored my follow-up messages for days. When he finally responded, he admitted screens take weeks to measure and fit and claimed they “don’t use screens anywhere” in their condos — even though other units visibly had screens. He refused to meaningfully address the problem, refused to take responsibility, and refused to refund the remaining stay after failing to complete the repair he promised. Future guests should avoid this unit / manager.

PERFECT LITTLE PLACE

This was the perfect little studio for a weekend stay in Telluride. We loved the convenience of the river trail and walking everywhere from this location! Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing cozy accomodations.

Wonderful Experience

The property was just as we imagined it would be. The room was perfect. Being within walking distance of downtown made it nice to enjoy walks along the river.
