"The Hotel in very new (newly renovated recently). The hotel staff were excellent (especially Quinn). The location is in a alley, but it's two blocks away from St. Joseph Cathedral and other major attractions. The breakfast buffet is fresh and good. We enjoyed our four nights stay and would definitely come back again."

"The staff was extremely lovely so I hate to give a poor review but I can’t figure out how this hotel has 5 stars. We paid a premium for a “family suite” that I assumed would be two rooms with a shared seating area. We got two small rooms connected by a dark hallway. Not a single window anywhere. Not a shared seating space. Nothing. Plus there was a security camera in the “private” connecting hall that seemed to be on more often than not. The bathroom showers leaked terribly. Hanoi was amazing...

"The room was dirty and smelled like mildew, all the seating was stained, lighting is very dim, and the street is extremely noisy- no sound insulation from old quarter. you can hear conversations clearly all thru the night. i would never recommend staying here. i had to leave after the first night and booked another hotel. "

"There are small shops nearby. Make sure you carry enough VND. There are couple of seven eleven like stores that accept credit cards. In entire Hanoi, many places don’t accept credit cards.
I found the eating options in the hotel limited. The breakfast was good. Awesome view if you select the lakeview rooms. "
