This high-ceiling three bedroom, two bath penthouse condo commands unobstructed Pacific Ocean and Beach views. Watch the waves roll in from your private balcony! Luxury and convenience describe this recently remodeled condo located in the Sunrise gated community. This is the best location in Tamarindo and you are walking distance to restaurants, shopping, medical services and more, so a car is not necessary!



This exclusive 1800 SF penthouse condo offers balconies in every direction: the master patio with extensive ocean and beach views, plus balconies overlooking Tamarindo and the mountains behind. It offers central air conditioning throughout. The master features a king-size bed, ocean view, private bath and access to the private terrace. There is also a queen bed in the second bedroom and another Queen size bed in the third bedroom. There is a full size inflatable mattress for up to 2 additional guests. This home sleeps 6 in beds with a max of 8 people between the beds and the inflatable mattress.



The large, gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware, granite countertops, wood cabinets, appliances and washer/dryer. Free Wi-Fi, Cable TV, propane grill, and 24-hour security included in the rate. Daily maid service available for an additional fee. All linens are provided. Large televisions in living room and TV's in all bedrooms. Large, resort style pool with cascading waterfall and plenty of space to relax. Maid service is not included but can be added for an additional fee. As a guest of this property, we also include a complimentary welcome basket with coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and shampoo/soaps. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler and more!!!

Pet Friendly

Your dog is very welcome to this unit! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-pawns friend, there are three basic rules:

- An extra refundable deposit of $300 is needed in case of any damage.

- We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $50 is required.

- And your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process.

*No puppies or pets different from dogs are allowed.
