"My son booked a room for 4. He was thinking there would be 2 queen-sized beds in it. However, there was a twin and a double bed. He was told that it was a rule based on the size of the room. It would have been helpful if that was acknowledged on the website. The bathroom was not given wash cloths, there were no hooks on the door to hang any clothes, and there was some wallpaper starting to peel. Of course, it wasn't air-conditioned, although it had 2 rotating fans that didn't do much."

"Great little room with a really cold fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, comfy bed, shower and fan - last 2 were important as stayed there in the heatwave. Windows open properly which was a help but was very hot - would imagine every hotel room/apartment without air con was the same though. Cheery bright decor. Only 10 in walk from Surrey Quays station on the Windrush Line and number 1 bus stop right outside takes you over the Thames in 25 mins. Walked back from the station at gone 11pm...

"This was fine for a room for the night, but the listing suggested this was self-contained which we were surprised to discover it was not on arrival. Please be aware you will have use of the downstairs of the house, plus kitchen and garden along with the rear back bedroom and bathroom on the first floor but the booking will operate as an Airbnb style let with the host in situ.
