"2ベッドルームを予約していましたが、用意されていたのはダブルの部屋でした。予約と違うことをフロントに伝えましたが、2ベッドルームは他になく、その後、ベッドを分割してメイクし直すと言われました。疲れていたし、早く部屋に入りたかったので、そのままでokとしましたが、あまり良い気持ちはしませんでした。"
