The neighborhood is quiet for those who prefer to stay in a calm neighborhood while visiting other areas in Tokyo. Hotel is located right next to Toyosu Station which is perfect to access other railways that will take you to other neighborhoods in Tokyo. But staff was friendly, there was a good buffet breakfast with both Japanese and Western choices, metro was literally right next door, and coffee and tea were available for much of the day.
