"This was a pleasant surprise- front desk staff upgraded us to a suite with views of both harbor and mountains when we told them it was my partner’s birthday. All staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows and soft sheets. "This beautiful, classic hotel is right in the hear of Skagway, allowing for easy access to all of the nearby local restaurants and tourist attractions. We had a small problem with our bathroom, which the staff quickly attended to. If you want breakfast buffet (a separate expense) make sure to show up early as they pick up pretty quickly."
