"Absolutely wonderful property very near the Homer Spit. It was the perfect location for chattering halibut fishing and exploring Katmai NP by seaplane. I went into Homer a few days prior to my reserved days to explore the area. As I drove by the entrance to the property there was a Momma moose with a calf. I knew it was destined to be a great stay. The views from the balcony were fantastic day or night through rain or shine. The guest house was very comfortable with all the comforts of home. "

"The house was clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The views were great. It was a bit off the beaten path, but not too far. We would stay there again."

"Really nice place for one person or a couple: everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. My one caution would be that in winter time the heat is very uneven and some parts of the unit can be too warm while others are too cold at the same time. Apart from that, it was very nice and had enough space and functionality for an extended stay. I would definitely stay there again, although an electric space heater would be a plus if it's winter time."

"Overall the property was great, view beautiful and property clean. This unit the porch is not in the front view of water but can see through the trees. Property well stocked with necessities. We were here to surprise family for a graduation so location was awesome for us only 5 min. drive. Downtown about 30 min away. Parking is down a small hill and a few stairs to unit if you have someone who might not be elderly or disabled keep in mind. Can pick up at the top after a few stairs. Beach...
