"The home is beautiful, clean, spacious! The bedroom layout was perfect! The host was kind and very generous with his time to come over and help with the front door lock as the temperature outside made a glitch to open upon arrival. Having a heated garage was such a blessing !! Not sure if host made the “welcome” basket with snacks and ramen and that was such an added surprise! PERFECT PERFECT! My BEST experience with a VRBO! "This little purple house was exactly what our family needed for our 12 day stay! Communication with Tera and Bobby was excellent. The bed and her couch bed were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the best was the couple cold bottles of water and a little bin with a couple snacks. This worked perfect to tide us over until we were able to go get groceries!! It was very clean, had multiple outlets, fast WiFi, plenty of hot water and it was just a fabulous stay....

"Well appointed and very comfortable home on the Chena river. Just outside of the North Pole and a 20 minute drive the Fairbanks. This was a perfect jump-off point for all of our adventures. The Chena break-up was occurring, our kids got to fish a bit and we saw multiple Golden Eagles scouting the river. The property had a pair of binoculars on-site. The home had everything you could ever ask for and then had the things you didn't realize you might want! Firewood, fishing poles, outdoor grill,...

"We loved having a secure garage to pull into with our SUV. It was a tiny bit snug- single doors, and we just fit into the side with the washer/dryer, but it fit our needs perfectly. The space had every amenity we could think of/ask for. Very cozy, secure, quiet place to rest. We'll book again!"

"Enjoyed this cozy cabin with my son! About 50 yards from the river and while there is a cabin next door, it's very private. Enjoyed the local ice carving, sled dog tour and ice fishing. Didn't see the northern lights this time but have to leave something for the next trip! Def recommend this place!"
