  • Close to the airport, UAF, and more. Large deck overlooks forest and hills. Watch for moose, birds, and Northern Lights.

    Two bedrooms with Queen size beds and closets. Bedroom 1 has a dresser, Bedroom 2 has drawers in the frame
    Comfortable living room with lots of seating and lamps for reading. Sofa has a pull-out bed
    Large private deck with great view
    Fully stocked kitchen with necessities to cook and serve meals
    -dish washer, crock pot, coffee maker, etc.
    Dining room table seats 4-6
    Full bathroom with washer and dryer
    Plenty of parking with outdoor outlet to plug in
    Close to trails and other outdoor activities
    Flat screen TV with Netflix and Hulu
    Wi-fi: free wi-fi is provided, service can be upgraded to faster speeds during your stay for an additional fee (internet provided by Mountain Beam tower)

    Living area is upstairs with a private entry and keypad locks on exterior door and at the top of the stairs

    Deck overlooks fenced garden area with apple and cherry trees. We might be by periodically in the summer months to take care of plants.

Comfortable and cozy stay

We enjoyed staying here for a few nights while in Fairbanks! It worked well for two couples. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need to cook meals.

Cozy apartment with amazing views

The apartment was roomy and comfortable with all the amenities one could need. We got to wake up each morning to drinking coffee on the balcony enjoying the peaceful serinity. Great stay!

Great place and location. Close to everything but far enough away to experience life like a local. Layout and amenities are great. I would've given this place 5-stars as it's wonderful but both beds are terribly uncomfortable, so I dropped a star overall.

Very quiet location just outside of Fairbanks. Less than 10 minutes to grocery stores and shopping. We had great views of the Aurora right from the back deck.Kitchen recently updated, very nice update. Rest of unit is in good condition, just a little dated.

Great stay!

Very easy to get to, not far out of town but far enough to enjoy nature. Check In process was very easy, there were easy instructions on the functions of the home and what to watch for. I love that there was a basket of pamphlets to help plan activities for our stay.

Exactly what the doctor ordered

What a lovely spot right outside of Fairbanks, but feels hundreds of miles away. A great spot to slow down and reconnect with loved ones and Mother Nature. But with the convenience of being 10-15 minutes away from everything. We really enjoyed our stay! The space has everything you could need and then some.

Great place. Does have flight of stairs and will be a little warm in the summer, but was super nice and had the most kitchen accessories I have ever seen in a rental place. Also saw a moose in the back yard. Host is very nice and great communicator. Answered any question I had promptly. Highly recommend!

Nice trip

We stayed at Deena's place for 3 nights hoping to catch northern light. First 2 nights were cloudy but finally the last night we got to see it. We can actually see it for the deck of the house. The place was as described, nice and clean.Good communication.

Great place to stay "at home" in Fairbanks

This property is exactly right for an extended stay, with a full kitchen, nicely stocked for cooking, a washer and dryer, a tub and shower. Two bedrooms, large TV and nice stereo system. The view from the deck is beautiful when the sunset blazes the evening sky. We were there early March and with the snow on the trees it feels magical. Highly recommend this place.

The view from this property was serene. We sat looking out the window or off the deck for hours. It had a perfect view of the Northern lights. It was like our own personal showing.. Priceless. The property had lots of warm drinks and all the extras you may forget to bring. The owner had great communication and was beyond accommodating. Close to town but feels like country. Highly recommended.. especially if a cozy spot for relaxation while watching the lights are on your list.

That view though 😍

This rental was awesome. Definitely wouldnt recommended for anyone who has trouble with stairs since its a full flight to access the livingsrea, BUT if you dont mind that...youd love it. The place was roomy,, very clean and the view off the back porch was INCREDIBLE. communication with our host was top notch, the house is removed from city life, but a very short drive gets you anything you need. Just a great place wuth a great location. I gave 3 stars for " accuracy of online listing" ONLY because when i firrst rented the place we did so because th listing said there was a hot tub. However our host quickly informed us that was a typo and she would be glad to refund our money if that was a deal breaker. We decided to forget about the hottub and keep our reservation and im glad we did. This place , the view, its location to town and everything else was amazing. 5 out of 5 for sure.
