"When i was checking in, i was told that the elevator wasnt working. I was offered a discount on both rooms. The desk clerk carried an oxygen machine to second floor for us. He went out of his way to make us stay and make us comfortable. He was very friendly and helpful. I didn't regret my decision to stay. Everything was excellent despite the elevator not working. I will definitely be staying at this location again. "
