Cute studio located in a peaceful and centrally-located area in Historic Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg. This spot is allll about location!! If you are looking for luxury, fancy, and perfect, this isn't your spot! If you are looking for clean and cozy, we got you! The desirable Beach Dr is 2 blocks away with St. Pete Pier a 15-min walk. Grab a bike 1 block away, ride into downtown St. Pete, where there are museums, shops, restaurants, movies, parks, and more!

The space
The unit is located on a corner lot within a house that has other apartments. Your unit has a separate bath within the studio, with a door separated from the studio, and your own parking spot! The bed is a double bed with 2 drawers located beneath it, TV with cable, Wi-Fi, full size ironing board and iron, hair blow dryer, linens, extra blankets, beach towels, chairs, and umbrella, mini cooler, and towels.

Guest access
The front patio is open to all guests. The laundry room is available to all guests. The building has permanent tenants that reside there.

We would do it again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and everything we could possibly use. Easy walk to the pier or to downtown Saint Pete. Off street parking also a plus. However, once we found out, it was only a double bed, we decided to take a blowup bed and I’m glad we did. The bed isn’t really conducive to a good night sleep for two people in their 70s. My wife took the bed. I took the blowup and we were fine. The only thing I might look into was every time you shut the fridge, The freezer door popped open. You always needed to check and make sure that the freezer door was closed. we would definitely come back sometime.

Cozy spot in a great location

Perfect place to rest and recharge during my very busy weekend in town. Cozy spot, spacious bathroom, private porch and modest kitchen. Clean and easy in/out, great communciation.

Great Stay!

Exactly what we were looking for - a place to sleep in a good location. Perfect for a single person and a couple. Bathroom is a good size for the unit and loved the balcony. Only issue we had was with the address. We were given 1st St. NE instead of 1st St. N.

A Wonderful Place to stay

This apartment is cosy and welcoming, and everything you would need for a visit. It suited me perfectly as I was one person. The location is so walkable to the downtown area so you are able to enjoy the vibe down there and then return to a quiet and safe place to catch your breath!Communication with the owner was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment.

Quiet and cozy

Quiet and cozy, nestled on a tree-lined street in the lovely Old Northeast section of St. Petersburg. Easy walk to the Pier and connection to the free Looper Trolley. Would definitely stay again.

Location, location, location

Perfect low budget get away. I could walk to all the cultural centers and see the beautiful homes decked out in holiday season lights! Safe neighborhood at any time of day or night, quiet too! Only drawback was low water pressure and long wait for hot water, especially in the kitchen. Also use the fan to cool down. The air conditioner was noisy and so was the refrigerator. If you are a light sleeper, check to see if the noise factor has been fixed. The management agent, Leann was just amazingly responsive and prompt. I didn’t gave a car, but next time I will so I can get to the beaches! Black Crow Coffee shop around the corner has excellent coffee, super friendly staff, and it’s an easy place to meet locals.centrally located and perfect as a base camp to go explor the sights! Don’t forget to thrift shop at Revolve on 4th Street!

Cozy environment

My husband and I stayed at this property for two nights. The place is cozy and clean. The bathroom is really spacious, the bed and pillows are comfy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and recommend it. I do give it a 5 star review but just one suggestion would be to perhaps replace the wall AC unit to make it a bit quieter. Thank you for a great stay

Amazing Stay!

The place was spotless, charming and was located in an amazing part of the city. We enjoyed being within walking distance of a coffee shop and appreciated the complimentary detergent & quarters to use the laundry units. Overall, best stay we’ve ever had in the Sunshine city! ☀️

Perfect location!

The location was amazing! We loved being able to walk to downtown & the pier in minutes. The studio was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The bathroom was spacious, and we loved the large deck area! Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay.
