"The staff was very nice, quick to offer any help. The entrance to the parking lot has a couple of driveways near it, went to the wrong one a couple times. The room was clean; it was nice and warm as well with the heater. A nice selection of cable channels. The water temperature for the shower seemed a bit finicky, either burning hot or a bit warm when turning the shower handle. This place is Indigenous owned, also there was a paper in there that said it was bought as is. Probably the worst part...

"The coffee and pastry prices are a bit unusually expensive — almost ridiculously so. For example, a croissant at $17 is something I have never seen in my life. I find that a bit unreasonable.
That said, the service is excellent and the place itself is wonderful. The concierge system, in my opinion, could benefit from some improvement to be a bit more efficient.
Overall, it is a very beautiful hotel, and the staff are extremely kind — especially the ski staff, who are particularly lovely."

"All was good except my room had smelled like someone heated fish in the microwave. It remained smelly my entire stay and they were fully booked with no spare room. I sprayed air freshener and had the windows open the entire time- did not work. There should be a rule- no cooking or heating up fish in the rooms. They did comp my parking which was a nice gesture and appreciated. "

"Great pool and hot tub, nice to have food and drink options in the lobby and a spa onsite-although pricey. Some staff were helpful and friendly and others didn't seem to care about their jobs. Location is amazing but biggest issue was our room had a crack along the ceiling where it meets the wall and we could hear every word from the room next door which was very disappointing and aggravating, hotel offered 1 night free parking which was ok I guess but wouldn't stay there again."

The property is immaculately clean and exudes a cozy ambiance. I am confident in my decision to return for future stays when I am back in Whistler. "

"I have stayed at the Fairmont in Banff twice and this property in Whistler did not disappoint either. The whole experience was absolutely seamless and I literally could not make one complaint. Every single staff member was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the facilities were excellent. The food and beverages on offer in all areas were some of the best i have had in Canada. I cannot wait to return!!!"

"I love how they had a couch cover set up for our dog. We only allow our dog going on couches when there is a waterproof blanket on it for the reason of keeping the couch clean. Even though we did not let the dog be on the couch in the hotel, we did appreciate this kind efforts in keeping room nice and clean. "

"Room was perfect and well appointed with everything our family of 4 needed. The access to Whistlet Village was exactly what we were looking for. 5 min walk to the Gondala and steps to the village. The fireplace was cozy, beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. Loved the afternoon Apres snacks and drinks. The breakfast was the only thing that was very underwhelming, the variety was nice but the food itself was not good. We will definitely be coming...

"Great location. Clean hotel with small, attentive staff. Excellent dinner restaurant. Minor drawback: no breakfast or lunch. Indoor hot tub disappointing versus neighboring hotels with beautiful outdoor areas, large hot tub and heated pool. Management promptly resolved vibrating pipe noise in the wall by upgrading room to a king suite. Professional service."
