"Yes and yes. Completely touchless digital check in and out. Large comfortable open sitting area with glass roof. Beds ver comfortable. We had 7 people staying in 4 BR suite, with bathroom and small kitchen area with refridgerator and microwave. We were there for an EWU game and stayed one night. Had a great time. "

"We found this apartment perfectly fine for the two nights we stayed there. The location was almost walking distance from our relative we were there to visit. We were grateful to find a dog-friendly place to stay in Spokane. Thanks for that. The steps down to get to the door were a little awkward, tho, especially for an older person (like me!). "

"Thank you Jerry for the wonderful week. There was something for everyone to do. From the oldest to youngest, all got along super well and were busy from dawn to dusk. Playing in the water, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, etc. Your kitchen is super stocked with every gadget anyone would need. Don't ever sell your place it is truly a prime spot on CDA Lake! "Yes, it's a small home, but it has everything you need. All 5 beds were clean and comfortable. The rooms downstairs have a bit of an odor and are a little stuffy, but to find a home with 4 rooms and 5 beds on short notice at such an affordable price was amazing, so we didn't mind at all. We would stay again if we had another event in Spokane."

"The location was convenient, the house was a great layout for kids and a dog, and the beds were comfortable. The My only complaint would be that the living room furniture is pretty uncomfortable. We didn't spend much time at the house but after winding down, cooking dinner and sitting down for relaxation and conversation it was not very comfortable. The sofa is not sturdy, in particular for larger individuals and only one of the sitting chairs felt "
