"The Victoria Inn is very close to the 58th Street show and was convenient for an overnight stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with good facilities for tea and coffee in the room and air conditioning. There was very little natural light in our room which made it a bit gloomy at first sight."

"The check-in process was unfortunately a disaster. Even though we had been in contact multiple times beforehand, we never received the email with the access code in time. As a result, we arrived and could not enter the apartment. The building is also very difficult to find and poorly signposted, so at first we honestly thought it was some kind of joke. "The room was very clean and modern. Had everything we needed. The reception staff went over and beyond for us so it was much appreciated. Not much in the way of shops , pretty run down area and wouldn’t want to walk it at night . We would highly recommend the hotel and we would stay here again ."

"My son booked a room for 4. He was thinking there would be 2 queen-sized beds in it. However, there was a twin and a double bed. He was told that it was a rule based on the size of the room. It would have been helpful if that was acknowledged on the website. The bathroom was not given wash cloths, there were no hooks on the door to hang any clothes, and there was some wallpaper starting to peel. I was told that I should have received an email with check in information before I arrived, I did not received this and no information on the Hotels.com booking that told me I needed to do this. There is nothing on the building door that says you are at Charles Hope apartments. If you follow the directions from hotel.com they are wrong. If you look up Charles hope on google this is wrong.
