"Charming hotel feels like a city Villa with historic furnishings but with all the modern conveniences- they think of everything and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in the center—the atmosphere was perfect for Naples and experiencing the culture and people! The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. "Clean and well-lit rooms convenient located in Naples. Bathrooms are well stocked with anything you may need. While the rooms themselves are lovely, the biggest perk of La Gemma is the owner, who went above and beyond to give us a good experience. She was a wealth of information in terms of navigating the city, and she bakes home made cakes for breakfast. She even went as far to pack us a bag of breakfast for our early train. "

"The location of this hotel was fantastic. We walked out of our door and into central Naples. However, the room itself was very quiet. The staff were very attentive to our needs including assisting with cleaning and information when one of our group was sick. The shower did have some difficulties, but we revived prompt help via WhatsApp "

"Guido was very friendly, and the room was very clean with amenities. However, the area around the property is pretty outdated (it's in the older part of Napoli), and the check-in was inconvenient - thankfully my daughter figured it out but i saw a group of people having difficulty accessing their key from the box for check-in.
