"All was as advertised. The Xfinity INDOOR theatre us across the the street. Xfinity OUTDOOR theatre/ arena is only about a .8 mile walk away. We took an UBER there and walked back after our concert"

"This prperty was GREAT! Clean, and very accomadating. Had everything you would need staying there. Didn't get to use the lake but sitting on the deck was relaxing. Will book again. 10 Stars!! Thank You!"

"My husband and I were exploring a number of birding hotspots in the quiet corner and decided to try the treehouse. We woke to the dawn bird chorus (without any ambient road noise). Just dreamy!"

"This is a cute, compact 1BR, 1 Bath cottage with great lake access with just a short walk. Good communication from the owner, easy access to Storrs and neighboring towns, and very clean. Loft area has limited space, but the main bedroom is quite comfortable. The only challenges were unrelated to the property (loud neighbors, disputes both nights) and sulfer smell in the water (easily fixed with a Brita pitcher)"

"I have been doing great business with the owner I have as always in the house and this time I was in a very unsafe basement with a bad smell and very uncomfortable bed I beg you don’t go to the basement it’s horrible"

"Hosted a bachelorette trip at this property and it was fantastic. The kayaks and paddle boards provided plenty to do along with a firepit to sit around at night. The house was cozy with plenty of space to sleep 5. Had a great time! "

"Clean, comfortable house exactly as described. Easy check-in and responsive host. All amenities worked well and everything we needed was provided. Would stay here again! Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay during AAU basketball tournaments - location was central to all the venues."

"We had an amazing time. This property was easy to find and very close to aloy of restaurants and shops! We had amazing chinese food! The apartment felt very homey. I love that it wasnt echo-y like past places I have stayed! I met Rose, the host, and she was super nice. She was very responsive and explained everything I needed to know before I arrived at the property. Also she lives near by and can address any problems or concerns you may have. "The home was just as it pictured, very comfortable beds, and the view from the back of the home is beautiful as well. There are rabbits hopping around making you feel relaxed to watch them, the birds had a nest with their babies and they were very calming, so when nature enjoys the quiet and beauty you know that you are at a good home."
