"The property is perfect for large groups, whether friends, family, or work colleagues- which was the case for me. Housing a number of non-related adults can get awkward when it comes to everyone having enough space, but this house was perfect. Enough communal space for us to enjoy meals together and have focused working sessions, but also enough rooms for us to each have our own space and be able to decompress without being on top of each other. "Very clean. Dimmer switches are upside down, took me awhile to get kitchen lights to work. Bidets were a surprise to my 9 year old grandson, who was staying in the other unit. But on the whole it was a very nice stay. "

"We rented this house for a multi-generational get together for the UTampa graduation. It was located south of downtown / campus, but easy access to the highways, bayshore drive, parks, and bridges to head to the beach or St. Pete. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. This house size was perfect for several adult couples. The bedrooms are upstairs, but have individual bedrooms (2 rooms with kings, 1 room with queen, and 1 room with mutliple beds).
