Stay in and enjoy a cup of coffee in your private outdoor oasis or head out to explore the vibrant SoHo district, Hyde Park, or beautiful Bayshore Blvd!

The Space:
This recently updated home in the heart of Tampa’s SoHo District sleeps up to four guests with plenty of space inside and out to settle in! It features a king bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room as well as one full bathroom and ample storage for your group throughout.

The upgraded kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the utensils and cookware you need to create a homemade meal! We provide a Keurig coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods with sweeteners for your stay. Just inside the bathroom is the laundry closet with a washer/dryer machine and soap + dryer sheets.

Step outside to your own private, fenced side yard with an outdoor dining table! Sit down, share a meal and soak up the beautiful Florida weather when you stay at the SoHo Suite.

Enjoy free high-speed WiFi and a smart TV in the living room and bedroom. They have access to YouTube TV and all your favorite streaming apps!

Guests will receive a 6-digit access code that opens the front door to the home.

The Neighborhood:
South Howard, or “SoHo”, is one of the most popular areas of Tampa featuring vibrant nightlife, and fun for everyone! Nestled in the heart of South Tampa and within walking distance of Bayshore Boulevard, this area is perfect for your next getaway. Bayshore Boulevard has 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Historic Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 15-minute walk away with dining, shopping and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10 minute drive away or less!

Getting Around:
SoHo is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay-by-app parking.

Other Things to Note:
- Noise: Please be aware that this unit is in the heart of the SoHo district; there are many bars and restaurants on Howard Avenue that can generate extra noise over the weekends and during special events.
- This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind in the home will result in a $500 fine.
- Trash Info: Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located on the left side of the home.
- Parking: This unit offers 1 private off-street parking spot directly in front of the home.
- PETS: We are pet-friendly! Our pet fee is $50/pet. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any pet waste left in the yard will result in a $100 removal fee. You must notify us if you are bringing an animal!
- Please be cautious of the capped gas line right outside the side door into the private yard area. It is right outside the door to the right next to the gate.
- We do not allow parties. The number of people occupying our home must not exceed 4 persons. Otherwise, you will be subject to a $500 fine and must check out immediately.
