"Sarah's communication and clarity of information could not have been better. This cabin exceeded our expectations- from the stunning views of the pond and farmland to the special little touches throughout the home. It was the perfect spot to unplug - a quintessential combination of tech (central AC and WiFi) and homespun hospitality. We will definitely be returning! Can't say enough about what a gem this spot is!"

"This was the perfect place for us to come to after a long day out and about. There were a few issues, but all was fixed quickly and without incident. Host was prompt with responses. Much appreciated!"

"We were riding the OTET and this house is very close to the trail. Just what we needed - comfortable bedroom, great shower, convenient kitchen. There are small restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance. Worked out perfectly! "

"Property was nice, clean, comfortable. There is a long stair up to the apartment which wasn’t a problem at all for us - but I imagine it could be tough with small children. Nice that there’s a grocery store and a pizza place in easy walking distance!"

"The house was perfect for a anniversary get away. The bike path was very close and easy to access. The links they owner provided for local recommendations for dining was excellent. Many places were within walking distance and we felt safe walking home in the evening after eating dinner out and enjoying a few drinks at The Cob And Ear bar. The links also made it very easy to know how to enter the home and what needed done at closing which was very simple. We are planning on returning next...

"We had a wonderful stay in yellow springs. The place had a great little porch to sit and enjoy our coffee and relax. Inside was very clean and comfortable. The hosts put together a great guide for the area and we found it to be very helpful. We had a very small issue with accessing our room, and the host was quick to respond and walk us through. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to yellow springs."

"the owner seems to appreciate their guest ! the bicycling access is easily achieved give the closeness of the property to the Xenia station (the hub). We will be back next year."

"Our family had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the beautiful property and amenities, including the luxurious pool, pool house, outdoor lounging and eating areas, sauna, fire pit, theater style chairs for movie watching, and more. It was also not too far from Dayton to enjoy a day there. The hosts were lovely people and very helpful, going above and beyond. Questions were answered very quickly.
