While there were only 4 of us staying this time, we all agreed we would love to rent to gather the family together for a reunion with the Springfield relatives at another time.

The kitchen was well equipped and had very nice dishes. We appreciated the location, being so close to yellow springs and John Bryan park was convenient. The decorations were low key. Beds and bedding very comfortable.

Clean and simple. Plenty of room for spending time together as a large group. The location was great as a home base for hiking through Clifton Gorge and Glen Helen Preserves, and for shopping in Yellow Springs.

Planning for a family reunion, we looked for a house with good location and accommodations for older adults. This house had enough rooms but not enough bathrooms, but we shared ok. Some of the rugs need to be replaced. The location was excellent with beautiful Ohio corn fields surrounding the back of the property. There was a hot tub, fire pit and tree house which we did not get to use. The kitchen was spacious annd helped a lot. The location was away enough but near Yelllow Springs and a wonderful ice cream location.

Great spot for a large family to stay

It was a sad occasion for us as my family had my mother's memorial service in Yellow Springs. My family all attended and the property was great for us. The large backyard and spacious indoor space was perfect for us.

We stayed at the house for my granddaughter’s wedding and had family from 3yr old to 76! The house was well laid out for our family and the children enjoyed the yard and play area. The deck space was beautiful and we enjoyed our evenings on the deck. Location was excellent with much to do near by. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a very comfortable and accommodating space for a large crowd!
