Booked this property 4 months in advance and flying in from out of town. Communicated with host 4 days prior to receive check in info. Said I would receive 1 hour before check in. My flight landed at 9pm and when I contacted host, he said I’m sorry but the house was double booked and tried blaming it on VRBO. He also tried sending hotel suggestions where to stay at but in terrible locations.Thank you VRBO for doing there best to correct the homeowners mistake.
