"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods.
The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked.
I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code."

"I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. "

The room is very small but that’s to be expected of NYC. The location though is great being half a block from Eataly and Madison Square Park, and a short walk from subway stations. There is no rooftop bar as advertised. Helpful front desk staff."

"Stayed three days, during July 4 extreme heat. Management has the air conditioner scheduled to turn off at set intervals such that the room was about 80 degrees for the first two days. After repeated complaints the system ran the last day to achieve desired reasonable temperature. The management saved a dollar or two on energy at the expense of my comfort. "I was under the impression that you can use the fourth floor seating area to take pictures and hang out. But it is connected to the restaurant and the restaurant has nothing to do with the hotel and they do not allow you to sit out there just as a paying room person. I was a little disappointed in that. Also, the room had some mechanical issues knobs on the faucet, and the shower didn’t work properly."
